FIT-4-NMP Networking Session
at CAS 2021 conference
On 8 October 2021, the FIT-4-NMP project held an online networking session
at the 44th International Semiconductor Conference (CAS 2021),
one of the oldest conferences in Europe that cover professional interests from semiconductor devices physics and technology, including semiconductor materials and microelectronics, to micro- and nanotechnologies.
During the networking events, the new funding opportunities under the Horizon Europe Cluster 4 “Digital, Industry and Space” were presented by Dr. Nicholas Deliyanakis, Policy Officer of the DG Research and Innovation. Mrs. Iulia Mihail, the Romanian NCP Coordinator for Horizon Europe, gave an overview of the calls under Horizon Europe “Widening participation and spreading excellence” programme.
Also, five prominent Romanian organisations presented their capacities and interests in Horizon Europe NMP topics. The meeting was virtually attended by more than 80 participants from Romania, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Belgium, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg and Ukraine.
