During 11 – 13 June 2023, the FIT-4-NMP project was showcased at the EuroNanoForum 2023 Exhibition, in Lund, Sweden.

EuroNanoForum 2023 is an international conference on nanotechnology and advanced materials organized every second year, with the European Commission support and participation. The 2023 theme of the conference was “Nanotechnology and advanced materials for a sustainable Europe”.

The conference provided opportunities to debate on changes in terms of Green Deal, twin transition and resilience of our societies and economies and how European research programmes, notably the Cluster 4 “Digital, Industry and Space”, can exacerbate these changes.

At the FIT-4-NMP Exhibition Booth, the participants were provided with information about the project objectives, the target organisations and regions and the main actions aimed to enhance the talented newcomer organisations participation in NMP projects under Horizon Europe, such as helping organisations with Horizon Europe proposals preparation, organising training events for EC calls, innovation workshops, technology transfer workshops, providing travel grants to support participation of newcomers to these events.

The information and promotion materials at the booth included FIT-4-NMP project leaflets, project roll-up, brochures with short presentations of talented newcomers’ expertise and offers for participating in Horizon Europe projects.

EuroNanoForum 2023 Exhibition provided an excellent occasion for networking with the NMP research and innovation community and for promoting the project activities and outcomes to a wide audience.
The booth was visited by numerous conference participants from all over Europe, coming from industry, academia, policy makers and other stakeholders, who were interested in the project activities and expressed interest for possible cooperation.
